ABOUT ME

As a 5th generation Texan, land has always been a part of my life.  I currently manage land that has been in our family for over 110 years, and have experience dealing with timber, mineral and agricultural rights.  I have been a licensed real estate broker in Texas since 1990, specializing in land.   For nearly 40 years I worked in the single-family real estate development business (mainly as an executive at national home building companies), buying, entitling, and developing land for residential communities in the four major metropolitan markets in Texas and I still do consulting in that industry.  I take pride in working with integrity and keeping the lines of communication open between all parties working toward the goal of completing a transaction.  So if you are selling land, or buying land for investment, development or recreation I will work tirelessly on your behalf from the first meeting to the closing table!
